Sarah Novak-Schwalm, MBA
Administrator
Sarah serves as our administrator for The Bells Assisted Living. She has more than 7 years of experience in the senior housing and care industry. She has a love for serving seniors and making sure that they get the best care possible. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwood University where she majored in Business Management and Marketing. In 2019 she graduated with her Master’s of Business Administration from Devos Graduate School. Sarah enjoys showing her Arabian horses and spending time with her family.
Sara Lesnesky
Executive Director
Sara has been in the senior care industry for over 5 years. She has worked in clinical and non-clinical services to help improve the elderly population's quality of life. Sara has degrees in Healthcare Administration and Communications from Alma College. She is currently working on her Nursing Home Administrator License through Madonna University. She has a strong passion for serving others and enhancing the lives of those around her by helping them live full, active, and meaningful lives. Sara loves being active, playing sports, and traveling the mitten state.
Jordan Schlaud
Activity Director
Jordan is a true asset to our community as our Activity Director here at The Bells. She finds joy in her work and truly makes it a point to create bonds with the residents and staff while having fun. Jordan goes above and beyond to make sure that the activity schedule for the residents is full of enriching and meaningful daily activities. Jordan loves spending time with her two dogs, husband, and family.
